We are a supplier and reseller. For brand-specific authorization, we work with each manufacturer's UAE channel — confirm with us per brand before quoting against a tender that requires authorization letters.

Bring the unit to our Bur Dubai office or arrange a pickup. We handle the RMA paperwork with the brand and provide a replacement or repair within the manufacturer's stated turnaround. Onsite swap available for enterprise contracts.
