DS1823xs+, DS3622xs+, and most RS-series 1U+ models. The Plus desktop line (DS923+, DS1522+) requires an add-in 10GbE card. Specify the network in the quote so we include the right card or model.
Both. Some Synology models lock to Synology-branded drives via DSM compatibility checks — typically the SA-series and newer Plus models. We confirm compatibility at quote time and recommend HAT5300/HAT5310 only when the model requires it.
