Cinema rental house card kit
Lexar Professional CFexpress Type B Diamond 512GB × 12, with batch numbers tracked. Each card gets a fresh format check before checkout. The 1700 MB/s sustained matters for RED V-RAPTOR 8K REDCODE at 16:1.
Professional CFexpress for cinema, SD V90 for stills, NM790 for NVMe — the buying-guide brand for capture and storage.

Lexar is the capture brand for most professional UAE shoots. The Professional CFexpress Type B Gold and Diamond cards cover RED, ARRI, Sony VENICE, and Canon C500-class workflows. The Professional SDXC UHS-II V90 line handles full-frame stills cameras at the burst rates that demand sustained 250+ MB/s writes.
Beyond capture, the NVMe SSD line — NM790, NM800 Pro — competes directly with Samsung and Kingston on the value-performance tier. We stock both consumer NVMe and the professional card lines, with batch-tracking on the high-capacity SKUs for rental houses and post-production buyers.
5 lines we quote the most. Anything else from the Lexar catalog we source on order through the channel — typically 5–10 business days.
Real configurations we've quoted and shipped this year. Each scenario maps to a product line above — useful when you're scoping a similar project.

Diamond CFexpress 256GB in slot 1, V90 SDXC 128GB in slot 2 on a Canon R5. Burst-rate sustained on both. Diamond is faster but the SDXC fallback covers the cost-per-shoot constraint.
NM800 Pro 2TB with the screw-on heatsink. PS5 requires the heatsink for sustained game loads. Lexar's heatsink ships in the retail box on the Pro SKU — saves the customer the aftermarket purchase.
Honest side-by-side on the specs UAE buyers ask about most often. We supply both — pick on workload and price, not on logo.
Spec parity does not mean operational parity. Workload profile, firmware revision history, and warranty network in the UAE all matter. Tell us the deployment in the quote and we’ll point at the version that actually fits.

Yes, the Diamond series is on RED's approved card list for V-RAPTOR and KOMODO. The 1700 MB/s sustained matters for the higher REDCODE ratios — anything below 1500 MB/s sustained risks drop frames at 16:1 8K.
Gold tops at 1500 MB/s sustained write, Diamond at 1700 MB/s. For Canon R5/R3 and Nikon Z9, Gold is enough. For RED V-RAPTOR, Sony VENICE, and ARRI ALEXA, Diamond removes the marginal-card risk.
For cinema deployments and rental houses, yes. We track batch numbers and firmware revisions on the Diamond line and provide written confirmation on quotes for productions that require it.
Same Gen4 tier. NM790 is 5–10% slower on synthetic peak speeds but matches 990 Pro on sustained real-world performance. NM790 typically prices 20–30% below 990 Pro at the same capacity. For OS drives or non-bottleneck workloads, NM790 is the better value.
Not in the consumer line as of current stock. For Gen5, look at Crucial T700, Kingston Fury Renegade Gen5, or Samsung 9100 Pro. Lexar's Gen5 SKU has been announced but not yet in regional channels.
Limited lifetime warranty. RMA paperwork through us. Production deadline scenarios — we have swap stock on the 256GB and 512GB Diamond SKUs to provide a same-day temporary replacement during the RMA window.
Less than SanDisk historically, but it still happens. We source through authorized channels and provide the original retail packaging with the Lexar holographic seal intact. For high-value orders we provide batch number verification on request.
